How can European projects build a shared understanding of what makes the circular transition work?
On November 5, 2026, LUMSA University will bring CIRCOLINK’s perspective to Ecomondo, the international exhibition dedicated to green technologies and the circular economy in Rimini, Italy.
LUMSA will participate in the workshop “Parlare la stessa lingua. Competenze, ecosistemi e indicatori per l’economia circolare” (Speaking the Same Language: Skills, Ecosystems and Indicators for the Circular Economy), hosted at the Regione Lazio stand.
The session will bring together four European projects: RECEBA, ECIV, CIRCONOMY, and CIRCOLINK, creating an opportunity to exchange approaches to circular economy skills, ecosystems, and indicators.
Bringing the furniture sector into the conversation
LUMSA’s presentation will focus on CIRCOLINK’s circular business model pilots in the furniture sector, with particular attention to the Italian case.
Through its seven SHIFTER pilots, CIRCOLINK aims to explore how research, collaboration, and practical testing can help make circular furniture an easier choice for consumers and businesses. The workshop offers an opportunity to share this approach with organizations working on related challenges across Europe.
